Эмпирическое Тестирование Динамической Концепции Структуры Капитала На Данных Российских Компаний

Abstract

В данной статье представлены результаты эмпирического тестирования динамической концепции структуры капитала на данных 56 средних российских компаний за период 2004-2008 годов. Результаты исследования демонстрируют, что поведение менеджмента российских компаний согласуется с принципами динамической компромиссной концепции. Согласно проведенному анализу, оптимальный интервал долговой нагрузки сужается с увеличением рентабельности, размера компании, доли внеоборотных активов и возможностей роста. Статистически значимое различие верхней и нижней границ доказывает, что менеджмент компаний корректирует структуру капитала, ориентируясь на оптимальный интервал, а не на целевой уровень.
