Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования, посвященного разработке модели оценки необходимого ежедневного остатка денежных средств на корреспондентском счете коммерческого банка в Банке России. На основе анализа существующих теоретических подходов к нахождению необходимого запаса денежных средств, выделены два подхода: без учета и с учетом стоимостных факторов. Результаты их апробации на данных, предоставленные одним коммерческим банком Санкт-Петербурга, позволили сделать вывод о том, что только использование подхода с учетом стоимостных факторов позволяет рассматриваемой кредитной организации сократить издержки от управления корреспондентским счетом в Банке России при допустимом уровне риска мгновенной ликвидности.
