Abstract

Paper concerns the analysis of the corporate control types over the regional Russian companies on Ural corporations data. The regional companies repeat the all-Russian tendencies, such as gradual transition from insider's to outsider's concentrated control. The main role in this process is played with corporate integration. Specific feature of the regional companies is the greater share of the state of the regional level, present in the nonintegrated companies.
