Abstract

В статье анализируется результативность функционирования национальных инвестагентств в мировой экономике. Инвестиционные агентства способствуют продвижению ПИИ и непосредственно участвуют в формировании благоприятного инвестклимата страны, который усиливает желание компаний, новаторов и энергию предпринимателей создавать новые бизнес-активы, тратить значительные ресурсы для создания востребованных факторов производства, формируя конкурентную среду. Авторы предлагают создать национальное инвестагентство -- Совет по экономическому развитию РФ. В качестве независимой платформы для создания нового учреждения авторы предлагают использовать ФГБУ «Аналитический центр при Правительстве РФ».
