Abstract

Дана характеристика уникальной российской модели иностранных прямых инвестиций (транзитный характер, офшоризация, низкая насыщенность, волатильность, предрасположенность к бегству на уровне портфельных инвестиций, структурные деформации, вложения преимущественно в торговлю, финансы, сырье). Раскрыты направления реструктуризации сферы ПИИ, необходимые для решения задачи модернизации России.The key features of a unique Russian model of FDI are characterized (“transit” nature of inward and outward FDI flows, offshorization of FDI, article gives the analysis of the long-term developments of global financial regulatory architecture (key stages of evolution in the past two centuries, regulatory cycles, major tendencies, transition to a multi-polar, multi-level regulatory structures). The origin and evolution of supranational regulatory bodies, currency zones, monetary unions and reserve currencу are discussed as well as their future developments.
