Развитие Электронного Правительства В Украине На Фоне Мировых Тенденций

Abstract

Рассмотрены дефиниционные аспекты терминов «электронное правительство» и «электронное управление» в рамках новой модели государственного управления. Сделан международный обзор практических шагов институционализации электронного правительства, в т.ч. в Украине. Представлены результаты статистического анализа показателей, характеризующих уровень развития электронного правительства в странах мира (анализ проведен с помощью сетей Кохонена), охарактеризовано положение и перспективы Украины в этом процессе.
