Модернизация Институтов Условие Устойчивого Экономического Роста В России

Abstract

В статье рассматривается опыт построения и исследования моделей экономического роста, учитывающих институты (горизонтальные сетевые связи, а также неформальные институты труда) и объясняющих динамику российской экономики в постсоветский период. Рассмотренные модели показывают, что институты, характерные для российской экономики, не способствуют устойчивости экономического роста. Наблюдаемый после кризиса 1998 г. рост достаточно легко может замедлиться или прекратиться. Условием перехода к устойчивому экономическому росту является модернизация экономических институтов.
