Abstract

В статье анализируются методологические возможности и концептуальные преимущества предлагаемой автором теории институционального распада. Автор подчеркивает, что проблема трансформации институтов является одной из основных в современном неоинституционализме. По мнению автора, социальные институты описывают как приемлемое, так и девиантное экономическое поведение, а институциональный распад является результатом постепенного развития поведенческих норм. Распад социальных институтов приводит к появлению институциональных исключений, которые становятся поведенческой основой новых рынков. Предлагаемая теория объясняет, как “внутренняя” трансформация институтов влияет на процессы формирования рынков и рыночное поведение экономических агентов. Рассматривая методологические недостатки основных теорий в современном неоинституционализме, автор делает вывод, что предлагаемая теория институционального распада обладает рядом преимуществ в исследованиях процессов формирования рынков и экономического поведения.
