Институционализм В России В 1930-2010-Е Гг. : Инверсионный Цикл?

Abstract

В статье представлено отношение к экономическому институционализму в СССР и постсоветской России, начиная с 30-х гг. ХХ века и до настоящего времени. Показано наличие инверсионного цикла с фазой критического отрицания старого и нового институционализма до 1990-х гг. и наступившей затем фазой масштабной, зачастую некритической абсорбции (впитывания) идей институциональной экономики. Показаны доктринально-идеологические причины негативного отношения к институционализму в годы после образования СССР в рамках «критики буржуазной политэкономии». Проанализированы особенности проявления институционалистского подхода в трудах советских политэкономов и в исследованиях Новосибирской экономико-социологической школы в 1980-х гг. Особое внимание уделено развитию институционализма в постсоветской России. Также обсуждаются перспективы формирования «российского институционализма» на основе оригинальных институциональных концепций отечественных ученых, опирающихся на обновленные методологические принципы.
