К Проблеме Инкорпорации Этических Норм В Современной Экономической Теории

Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы учёта этических норм, в частности, доверия в контексте исследования рыночного поведения и методологических проблем развития ряда направлений современной экономической мысли (неоклассической теории, неоавстрийской экономической теории, НИЭТ (новой институциональной экономической теории и др.). Исследуется проблема, связанная с необходимостью ограничения применения принципа ценностной нейтральности к экономическому поведению на рынке, ввиду определяющего влияния этической позиции сторон сделок на готовность исполнять контрактные обязательства. Эта проблема актуализируется в связи с возникновением дополнительных стимулов у сторон нарушать контрактные обязательства по причине возникновения дополнительных выгод от такого нарушения либо при распространении информационной асимметрии в целом. Указанная проблема требует комплексного этико-экономического подхода при её анализе.
