Сущность И Классификация Институтов Институциональной Среды Инновационной Деятельности

Abstract

В статье определяется сущность и возможная классификация институтов институциональной среды инновационной деятельности. Методологической основой служит классификация институтов, обобщенная в работе Ивинской И. В., и классификация миниэкономических институтов производства новых знаний, предложенная Поповым Е. В. Автор приходит к выводу, что наиболее общим и объективным является деление институтов по характеру воздействия на стимулы экономических субъектов, однако на уровне НИС необходимо также деление по способу функционирования, а на микроуровне по отношению к субъекту (организации). Проведенная классификация позволила выделить в отдельную группу институты стимулирования инновационного поведения экономических субъектов, которые отличаются тем, что не имеют в своей структуре санкций.
