Модель Институциональных Режимов Легитимности И Ее Практическое Применение

Abstract

В статье дается авторская трактовка понятия легитимности институтов, представлена дескриптивно-конструктивная модель для анализа институциональных систем двухфакторная матрица легитимности, включающая четыре институциональных режима легитимности, которые различаются сочетанием легальности и справедливости. Модель дополняет методологический и теоретический аппарат институциональной экономической теории и нацелена на поддержание постоянного баланса между легальностью и принципами социальной справедливости.
