Может Ли Спасти Экономику Макроэкономическая Политика?

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с экономической властью, максимизацией прибыли и макроэкономической политикой, направленной на цели стабилизации экономики. Сформировались такие институциональные условия, при которых доминирующим направлением максимизации прибыли в бизнесе, наряду с использованием естественных преимуществ, стало искусственное занижение относительных издержек ведения бизнеса, а основным конкурентным преимуществом, необходимым для получения прибыли, стала экономическая власть. Неэффективная институциональная структура и «экономика власти» делают невозможным проведение последовательной макроэкономической политики, направленной на достижение долгосрочной стабилизации, расширение совокупного предложения и экономический рост.
