Институциональные Особенности Рыночных И Нерыночных Трансакций / Интеракций

Abstract

Рассматриваются институциональные особенности рыночных трансакций и нерыночных интеракций в качестве дополняющих друг друга альтернативных форм организации социально-экономической деятельности. Делается различие между типами экономических агентов: одни из них склонны к трансакциям, другие – к интеракциям. Институциональная система способна индивидуальные склонности усилить или ослабить. В целом выбор рыночного способа взаимодействия или нерыночного не детерминирован: за агентами сохраняется свобода выбора наиболее приемлемого в конкретной ситуации типа взаимодействия. Особенности трансакций и интеракций иллюстрируются примерами из опыта стран с порядками ограниченного и открытого доступа. Особое внимание уделено трансакциям и интеракциям в современной России.
