Abstract

Цель данной статьи – определить подход к изучению взаимосвязи культуры и экономического развития, а также представить эмпирические результаты изучения поведения российских предпринимателей, изменения их ценностных установок в процессе рыночной трансформации экономики. Культура и институты факторы, обусловливающие различия между странами и оказывающие сильное влияние на их экономическую динамику на той или иной стадии развития. В тоже время культура не остается неизменной, она видоизменяется вследствие трансформации мировосприятия отдельных социальных и профессиональных групп, которая вступает в противоречие со сложившейся культурной традицией и может впоследствии ее изменить. Эмпирическое исследование показало, что в среде российских предпринимателей происходят определенные изменения в ценностной ориентации под влиянием их активной деятельности по созданию товаров и услуг для рынка, взаимодействию с международной бизнес-средой.
