Человеческий Потенциал Наукоемкой Сферы: Тенденции Развития

Abstract

В статье на основе данных государственной статистики рассматриваются факторы, характеризующие процессы воспроизводства научных кадров в России. Устанавливается взаимосвязь между уровнем развития производительных сил, структурой подготовки научных кадров в системе послевузовского образования и распределением исследователей по областям наук. На примере анализа десяти регионов с самыми высокими показателями численности исследователей за период с 1995 по 2009 годы устанавливается соответствие между показателями, характеризующими численность исследователей с научными степенями, уровнем инновационной активности субъектов РФ и состоянием их высокотехнологичной сферы. Исследуются причины, оказывающие влияние на формирование научного потенциала, способствующие и препятствующие его развитию.
