Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема экономического роста и влияние на него институциональных изменений. В рамках модели институциональных изменений показано, как смена правил изменяет благосостояние агентов. Представлена макроэкономическая агрегированная модель развития системы в зависимости от исходного жизненного стандарта, скоростей потребления и исчерпания ресурсов, демонстрируется ограничение стратегии догоняющего развития.
