Abstract

На аграрном рынке, как и на любом другом рынке, существуют транзакционные издержки. Одним из путей их сокращения является более эффективная организация товарного рынка и использование информационных технологий. В статье описан проект по созданию Электронной системы товарного рынка в России, целью которого является сокращение издержек рыночного обмена, не вытесняя рыночные отношения. Первоначально проект разрабатывался преимущественно для аграрного рынка. Но разработанная технология и организационно-правовая структура позволят использовать проект и для других секторов товарного рынка, как в России, так и в странах ЕС. Электронная система товарного рынка разработана на основе методологии системного подхода, в частности, синергетики и кибернетики, а также неоинституционализма.
