Инновационная Активность Предприятий Как Условие Их Конкурентоспособности

Abstract

Значительная пространственная протяженность российских территорий является причиной региональных различий в степени инновационной активности предприятий. Анализ такой активности более чем 600 предприятий в южном регионе России с 2000 по 2008 гг. позволил выявить ряд условий, тенденций и факторов, препятствующих проявлению инновационной активности хозяйственными субъектами. Автор предлагает институциональную модель активизации инновационного поведения предприятий, включающую взаимодействие институтов развития, механизм конкуренции и инструментарий тематических сетей, используемых в Европейском сообществе.
