Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию российских рынков мяса, зерна и соков. Описание каждого рынка включает его историю, обзорную статистику, фиксацию ключевой хозяйственной коллизии, описание конкретных мер реализации интересов отечественных производителей в континууме импорта-экспорта. Выявляется, чьи интересы реализуются при поддержке отечественного производителя, опирающейся на идею патриотизма.
