Интеллектуальный Потенциал России: Сохранение И Перспективы Занятости В Наукоградах

Abstract

Наукограды это города (обособленно расположенные части городов, поселки), заложенные специальными постановлениями высших органов власти для решения государственных задач по созданию наукоемкой продукции оборонного или фундаментального назначения, при этом, основная часть инфраструктуры таких городов сформировалась вокруг научных организаций и учреждений, определивших научную или научно-техническую ориентацию производственной структуры города. К настоящему времени на статус наукограда могут претендовать более 60 городов, поселков городского типа и обособленно расположенных частей городов с общей численностью населения более 3 млн. человек. Двадцать девять из них расположены в Московской области, десять на Урале, тринадцать в Сибири.
