Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию российских систем стандартизации и сертификации, которые могут выступать в качестве технических барьеров в международной торговле. Главная цель работы выявить наличие торговых барьеров в основных отраслях промышленности и сельском хозяйстве Российской Федерации. В результате автором были получены оценки номинальных тарифных эквивалентов для нетарифных барьеров по методу сравнения цен.
