Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам прогнозирования перспективных объемов заказа для отечественного гражданского авиастроения. Обсуждаются специфические условия функционирования российского авиационного комплекса и связанные с этим проблемы применимости традиционных методик построения прогнозов. В статье предложен сценарный метод прогнозирования и проведен расчет ожидаемого объема и номенклатуры заказа для российской авиапромышленности на новые самолеты со стороны гражданской авиации на период до 2015 г. при благоприятных и неблагоприятных условиях развития отечественного авиарынка. По результатам проведенных расчетов предложен перечень первоочередных мер государственного регулирования, направленных как на расширение спроса, так и улучшение параметров предложения российской авиатехники на внутреннем рынке.
