Abstract

Данная работа содержит обзор современных представлений о том, какие факторы оказывают влияние на результаты деятельности предприятий и реструктуризацию их деятельности. Каждый параграф сос­тоит из двух подразделов, в первом из которых анализируется теоретическая база и накопленный западными экспертами опыт по исследу­емой теме; во втором подразделе рассматриваются возможности приме­нения западной теории к реалиям переходных экономик. Параграф 1 начинается с рассмотрения индикаторов эффективности деятельности предприятий и примеров их использования в исследованиях деятельности и реструктуризации предприятий в экономиках западных стран. Во второй части этого раздела анализируется применимость данных показателей к исследованию процессов, происходящих в переходных экономиках. Параграф 2 посвящен взаимосвязям эффективности, реструктуризации и конкуренции. В параграфах 3 и 4 проанализированы взаимосвязи между эффективностью, реструктуризацией и отношениями собственности и эффективностью, реструктуризацией и финансированием. Заключительный параграф содержит основные выводы работы.
