Анализ Эффективности Российского Режима Трансфертных Цен С Точки Зрения Конфликта Интересов Корпораций И Государства

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается проблема установления оптимальной трансфертной цены российскими корпорациями и порождаемый этим конфликт интересов между корпорациями и государством с точки зрения налоговых платежей. Основным инструментом анализа является аппарат теории игр. В модели учитываются все наиболее важные особенности российского режима трансфертных цен как возможность отклонения трансфертной цены от рыночного уровня на 20% и приоритетность методов трансфертного ценообразования. Авторами была проанализирована природа противостояния фирмы и налоговых органов, что позволило выявить некоторые внутренние недостатки российского режима трансфертных цен.
