Abstract

Предлагаемые читателю восемь статей охватывают огромное проблемное поле в сфере энергетики, климата и жизненно важных для человечества ресурсов. Их объединяет обращение не только к теории в каждой из обсуждаемых сфер, но прежде всего актуализация исследуемого материала в мировой экономике. В периоды тяжелых экономических кризисов и технологических революций возникает неизбежная проблема адекватности, полноты обсуждаемых фактов. Многие теоретические результаты могут стать предметом нового обсуждения просто в силу того, что реальная действительность изменилась, и пришло время «нарастить» временные ряды с новыми и часто неожиданными явлениями.
