Что Влияет На Отдачу От Образования: Межрегиональный Анализ

Abstract

Данное исследование является естественным продолжением работы [4], опубликованной в предыдущем номере журнала, где было показано, что нормы отдачи от высшего образования, получаемые на основе оценивания уравнений заработной платы минцеровского типа, значительно различаются по регионам-субъектам Российской Федерации. Мы пытаемся объяснить выявленные различия и с этой целью исследуем связь полученных оценок отдач от высшего образования с различными характеристиками регионов. Результаты показывают, что отдача от высшего образования оказывается выше в менее благоприятных для проживания регионах. Она также положительно связана с уровнем безработицы и долей занятых в государственном секторе экономики. Значимой корреляции отдачи от высшего образования с «запасом» работников с высшим образованием, а также с уровнем экономического развития региона выявить не удалось.
