Abstract

В данной работе представлен обзор современных направлений моделирования взаимодействия фискальной и монетарной политики. Построена макроэкономическая модель для анализа взаимодействия правительства и центрального банка в условиях экспортоориентированной экономики. Основной задачей исследования являлось определение совместного воздействия фискальной и монетарной политики на процесс накопления стабилизационного фонда, динамику обменного курса, инфляцию и выпуск. В России в 2001-2007 гг. фискальная политика носила скорее ограничительный характер, в то время как монетарная политика являлась излишне стимулирующей. Из проведенного анализа следует, что подобная ситуация не является оптимальной: для общества более эффективной является умеренно стимулирующая политика как центрального банка, так и правительства.
