Abstract

Предметом нашего исследования является реэкспорт из Финляндии в Россию. Реэкспортируемые товары определяются как товары, которые покупатель импортирует в свою страну и экспортирует в третью страну без обработки. Реэкспорт является одним из основных факторов недавнего роста финского экспорта в Россию и составил в 2005 г. более четверти всего объема данного экспорта. Реэкспорт, как правило, касается такой дорогостоящей продукции, как электроника и транспортные средства. Участие Финляндии в такой торговле говорит о наличии в стране высокоразвитой логистической инфраструктуры и больших транзитных потоков через Финляндию в Россию. К другим причинам реэкспорта относятся огромный потенциал российского рынка для финских торговых компаний, специальные знания финских компаний о российском спросе (асимметричная информация), трансфертное ценообразование и «серые» схемы. С точки зрения доходности и воздействия на занятость населения реэкспорт в Финляндии сопоставим с транзитной торговлей.
