Abstract

Рассмотрены затраты населения на централизованно предоставляемую энергию по регулируемым тарифам (ценам) и топливо, приобретаемое по рыночным ценам. Показано нарастание различий в затратах на энергию для групп населения с разными уровнями доходов, которое связано в основном с тарифами и ценами. Выявлено отсутствие взаимосвязи между регулируемыми тарифами на энергию для населения, ценами на топливо и уровнями денежных доходов в регионах России. Затраты на энергию и топливо составляют значительную часть бюджетов домохозяйств, что следует учитывать при корректировке регулируемых тарифов
