Валютная Политика Центрального Банка: Степень Вмешательства В Процесс Курсообразования И Последствия Для Экономики

Abstract

В статье анализируется валютная политика Центрального банка Российской Федерации на протяжении 1999-2003 гг. С помощью разложения Бевериджа-Нельсона помесячный ряд реального курса рубля к доллару США разделяется на фундаментальную (нестационарную) и переходную (стационарную) компоненты, первая из которых ассоциируется с рыночной динамикой, вторая с по-литикой Центрального банка на валютном рынке. С использованием методов эконометрического анализа определяется степень влияния курсовой политики Банка России на инфляцию и ряд других макроэкономических показателей.
