Формирование Моделей Корпоративного Контроля В Российской Промышленности

Abstract

В статье анализируются состояние и тенденции развития отношений собственности и корпоративного контроля в российской промышленности с точки зрения процессов концентрации акционерного капитала и его перераспределения между внутренними и внешними собственниками. Анализ основан на материалах формализованного опроса и серии глубоких интервью с руководителями акционерных обществ, проведенных в 1999 г. ГУ-ВШЭ и Бюро экономического анализа. Показано, что неравные условия доступа к приобретению акционерного капитала способствовали становлению различных моделей корпоративного контроля на предприятиях разных размеров и отраслей. Эмпирические данные позволили выделить эти модели и рассмотреть их преимущества и недостатки в краткои долгосрочной перспективах.
