Эмпирический Анализ Финансовых Кризисов В России

Abstract

Исследуется динамика макроэкономических параметров, описывающих поведение финансовой системы в периоды спокойного развития, предкризисные периоды и непосредственно во время финансовых кризисов в России. Проверяется гипотеза о связи между изменением тенденции в динамике показателей, характеризующих состояние финансовой системы, и финансовым кризисом. Выводятся некоторые закономерности, которые были свойственны состоянию финансовой системы в периоды, предшествующие кризисам. Предлагается подход к построению методики мониторинга финансовых рынков, направленной на поиск сигналов, предвещающих возросшую возможность кризиса. Приводится экспериментальная методика и результаты исследования отдельных показателей развития российской финансовой системы.
