Развитие Систем Информационной Поддержки Корпоративного Управления И Стратегического Менеджмента

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы управления развитием систем информационной поддержки корпоративного управления и стратегического менеджмента (СИП КУСМ). Раскрываются особенности таких систем как объектов управления, предлагается методологический подход к управлению их развитием. Представлена обобщенная схема формирования программы развития СИП КУСМ, предусматривающая стадии функционального моделирования (структурированное описание системы в общем виде), динамического моделирования (описание параметров системы в терминах метрик, с учетом их изменения с течением времени) и стадию планирования (выбор сценария, формирование концепции и генерального плана развития системы).
