Abstract

В статье рассматривается методологические подходы к анализу и качественной оценке операционных рисков компании, осуществляющей внешнеэкономическую деятельность (экспортно-импортные операции с стратегически важными сырьевыми товарами), с использованием критериальности, основанной на непрерывности бизнеса, что позволяет решить задачу качественной оценки операционных рисков в статистически некорректной среде, обусловленной низкой вероятностью наступлений операционных событий и высоким уровнем потерь вследствие их реализации (high severity, low probability). Авторы используют свой опыт работы в сфере оценки операционных рисков нефинансовых структур.
