Системно-Динамическое Моделирование Стратегии Банковской Группы

Abstract

Представлен новый подход к формированию долгосрочной стратегии банковской группы с использованием методов системной динамики. В основе предложенного подхода лежит разработанная математическая модель управления ключевыми показателями результативности (KPI) банковской группы, реализованная на платформе имитационного моделирования Powersim Studio. Отметим, что описываемая система успешно внедрена в нескольких крупнейших российских банковских группах (ТОП-10) и используется при подготовке стратегических решений.
