Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы развития корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО) в Российской Федерации, в частности, факторы, влияющие на ее развитие, уровни и бюджетирование. Для развития КСО организация должна определиться, во-первых, с направлением этого вектора. На степень развитости КСО будут оказывать влияние факторы как внешней (международные стандарты в этой области, развитость КСО других компаний, давление со стороны региональных властей и региональной общественности), так и внутренней среды (наличие финансовых и управленческих ресурсов для реализации КСО). Во-вторых, значительное влияние на развитие КСО оказывает тот уровень КСО, на котором находится компания. Данный уровень является определенным индикатором развитости КСО и упорядочивает компании от наименьшей степени развитости до максимально возможной в современной трактовке КСО. Также в статье предложен авторский алгоритм формирования бюджета КСО, который во многом стандартизирует деятельность организации в этой области.
