Abstract

Исследуется московский рынок труда. Его рассмотрение как специфичного образования в рамках национального рынка труда сочетается с базовыми требованиями к формированию условий функционирования, которые не должны входить в противоречие с приоритетами государственного воздействия на сферу труда и занятости. Приводится анализ практики регулирования социально-трудовых отношений, выступающих ключевым инструментом оптимизации функционирования рынка труда.
