Abstract

Исследуется влияние на содержание и методы формирования профессиональных компетенций команды проекта используемых на предприятии концепций проектно-ориентированного управления и маркетинга персонала. В частности, рассмотрены особенности проектной деятельности, сущность и функции маркетинга персонала, на основании чего дается обоснование набора и методов формирования компетенций участников проектных групп.
