Abstract

Дана оценка уровня собираемости налогов с позиций функционально-реляционного подхода. Проведено исследование теоретических и практических аспектов формирования налоговой культуры в России, функций налогов с позиции налоговой культуры. Обосновывается влияние налоговой культуры на налоговые поступления.
