Определение Факторов, Влияющих На Процесс Формирования Ресурсной Стратегии Грузового Автотранспортного Предприятия

Abstract

В зависимости от этапа жизненного цикла, особенностей деятельности, ситуации на рынке и ряда других факторов предприятие может использовать различные инструменты формирования ресурсной стратегии. Определение факторов, которые могут повлиять на этот процесс, позволяет обеспечить его формализацию. Выделенные факторы должны находиться под постоянным наблюдением предприятия для обеспечения процесса корректировки ресурсной стратегии в случае необходимости. Поскольку количество указанных факторов может быть достаточно велико, не утихает научный спор о приоритетности внешних и внутренних факторов для формирования стратегических планов предприятия.
