Abstract

Рассматриваются дихотомии стратегического менеджмента в области управления знаниями. Выдвигается гипотеза о возможности формирования дуальных стратегических способностей компании. Дихотомии определяются с учетом эпистемологии знания, его онтологии, способа и источника получения, а также направления инициативы создания нового знания.
