Abstract

Специфические характеристики и черты инновационной деятельности предопределяют особенности системы управления персоналом в инновационной организации. Рассматривается управление персоналом в инновационной организации. В рамках исследования инновационной деятельности выделены особенности управления персоналом, которые анализируются в разрезе категорий персонала инновационной организации.
