Abstract

Статья посвящена проблематике налогового контроля и, в частности, вопросам выявления и оценки налоговых рисков, их идентификации с рисками налоговых правонарушений. Рассматривается неоднозначность теоретических взглядов в отношении определения сущности, экономической и правовой природы налоговых рисков с позиций каждого субъекта налоговых правоотношений. Особый акцент уделяется налоговым рискам государства.
