Abstract

Strategic analysis is the most important stage of strategic management. It provides initial information for development and determination of strategic goals. One of the most famous methods of strategic analysis is SWOT-analysis. The results of SWOT-analysis could be interpreted by means of quantitative models, for example, hexagram.
