Abstract

Усложнение внешней среды предприятия обусловливает потребности в применении инструментов своевременной адаптации предприятия к новым условиям осуществления деятельности. В качестве такого инструмента рассматривается методика гибкого изменения системы бизнес-процессов в стратегии промышленного предприятия, позволяющая своевременно выявлять ограничивающие факторы и осуществлять необходимые корректировки в системе управления предприятием.
