Abstract

Характеризуется форма расчета с помощью аккредитива, которая прочно вошла в практику внешней торговли. Аккредитив обеспечивает разумный компромисс между противоположными интересами продавца и покупателя и является эффективным средством обеспечения поставки товаров.
