Hindrances in the way of tax culture in Russia

Abstract

Four reasons interfering formation of tax culture in Russia: features formation of institute of the property; the Euroasian position of Russia; features of social structure of a society and the Russian mentality. The article deals with four obstacles of tax culture to be built in Russia, and the nature of property institution being built. It also considers Russia as a Eurasian country, social traits of its society and Russian mentality.
