Abstract

Повышение уровня профессионального развития работников становится актуальной задачей многих отечественных организаций, особенно остро стоит вопрос обучения персонала качественной работе с клиентами. Компании, занимающиеся сервисным и торговым обслуживанием, вкладывают большие средства в обучающие программы, поэтому перед ними стоит вопрос об оценки эффективности вложений. Сложность оценки обучения заключается в многообразии получаемых результатов: экономических, социальных, потребностных, целевых. В статье рассматривается технология оценки потребностной эффективности тренинга по работе с клиентами, поскольку удовлетворение потребностей участников тренинга и лиц, занимающихся его организацией, является базисом для достижения социально-экономических результатов деятельности организации.
