Методика Оценки Целесообразности Интеграции На Омских Оборонно-Промышленных Предприятиях

Abstract

Представлены различные подходы к оценке целесообразности корпоративной интеграции, которые обладают рядом достоинств, но имеют и ограничения в использовании. На основе структурно-функционального подхода разработана методика оценки целесообразности интеграции компаний, которая состоит в одновременном применении комплексного анализа эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и оценки существующего потенциала совместимости предприятий.
